  • Planning and facilitating client interviews, working sessions and workshops, including developing materials, synthesizing discussion and documenting decisions and actions.
  • Collecting, cleansing and analyzing data to underpin diagnostics and opportunity assessments.
  • Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis, including document review, stakeholder interviews, process analysis, financial and operational modelling and comparative research.
  • Conducting root-cause analysis and use data to identify opportunities, assess trade-offs and support evidence-based recommendations.
  • Designing and documenting current and future-state processes, roles, responsibilities, decision rights, governance arrangements and performance measures.
  • Supporting implementation through detailed planning, process redesign, pilots, change management, performance monitoring and other activities required to embed new ways of working.
  • Managing priorities, milestones, dependencies and risks within assigned workstreams and escalate issues with proposed solutions.
  • Working effectively across multiple priorities and projects, exercising judgment over where to focus effort and when additional direction is required.
  • Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams while being accountable for the quality and timely completion of assigned work.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the team's approach, analysis and deliverables.
  • Demonstrating flexibility and willingness to travel as required to support client delivery.
