Our professionals accompany clients throughout their transformation journeys, including aligning operating models with business strategy, upskilling talent and human resources, improving employee engagement, and managing change. As a Senior Associate, Workforce Transformation, you will play a key role un delivering end-to-end transformation projects, leveraging your expertise and understanding of management concepts.

- Working with PwC teams and client teams on client engagements, from strategy through implementation.
- Contributing to a wide range of business development activities to identify opportunities with new and existing clients.
- Contributing to the development of your own technical skills and those of your team at the local, national, and global levels within our network.
- Staying current on developments in your areas of expertise and in the industries served, and contributing to the development of PwC’s knowledge and points of view.
- Continuing to build strong internal relationships and strengthening one’s positioning within PwC.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, storytelling and the design and presentation of deliverables, including the use of PowerPoint.
- Experience and achievement in one or more of the following areas: Organizational diagnosis; Operating models, organizational structures, and governance models; Change management (assessing the impact of change and developing and/or implementing change strategies to increase adoption); Facilitation and facilitation of work sessions internally or with clients by encouraging co-creation.
- Autonomy, with a real enthusiasm for working with clients and teamwork.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and to evolve in ambiguous contexts, especially during customer transformations.
- Collaborative, curious profile and a willingness to learn.
- The successful candidate requires fluency in English, in addition to French as they will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues and/or stakeholders during the course of their employment with PwC Canada.

The salary range for this position is $84,700 - $134,700. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
