Senior Business Analyst

This is not a traditional Bilingual (French & English) Business Analyst Contracting opportunity, as the expertise in Procurement and Logistics is crucial for candidature.

Start/End Date: Monday, November 16th 2026 until Monday, November 15th 2027 (1-Year)

Location: Hybrid, two (x2) days per work week onsite, in either Montreal or Quebec City.

Office Hours: 8:30AM until 4:30PM

Project Description: PWC is looking for multiple Bilingual (French & English) Business Analyst who must specialize in "procurement and logistic processes" who also offers a strong background with design, validation, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules.

MANDATORY EXPERIENCE

• Fluently bilingual (French & English) written and spoken.
• Minimum of three (x3) years of experience with supply chain management (SCM) process analysis and/or ERP implementation.
• Experience participating in procurement and logistics process analysis workshops.
• Experience documenting functional requirements and performing fit-gap analysis.
• Experience drafting functional design documents (FDDs) and operating procedures.
• Experience preparing and executing functional and integrated test cases (SIT, UAT).
• Experience supporting SCM data conversion and validation, such as with suppliers, items, contracts, and inventory, among others.
• Experience participating in key-user training.
• Experience documenting defects and tracking their resolution.

MANDATORY EXPERTISE

• Solid understanding of procurement and logistics processes.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM, or a comparable ERP systems, such as SAP Material Management as well as Sales and Distribution (MM-SD) modules, etc.
• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes, supplier management, receiving, or inventory management.

PREFERABLY

• University Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
