QBuild Corporation is a progressive software systems developer currently experiencing rapid growth. We specialize in Engineering CAD to ERP integrations for manufacturing companies. POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will take on a full-time role focused on enhancing QBuild’s brand presence through trade show coordination, content creation, and storytelling. Your expertise in marketing initiatives will help drive engagement and showcase our solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trade Show & Event Management – Plan and execute trade show logistics, and webinars, ensuring a strong and professional QBuild presence.
- Content Creation – Develop and refine marketing materials, including brochures, videos, and success stories.
- Email Marketing & Automation – Create and manage email campaigns, including newsletters, product promotions, and event follow-ups.
- Social Media Management – Plan, schedule, and optimize posts across LinkedIn and other platforms to enhance engagement.
- Graphic Design & Brand Consistency – Assist with designing marketing assets, maintain a cohesive brand voice across all marketing channels.
- Campaign Analysis & Reporting – Track and analyze marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration – Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Strategy & Growth – Contribute ideas to improve marketing outreach and support company growth.
Key Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- Strong English communication skills.
- Familiarity with engineering professions an asset
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, must be a self-starter
- Proficient in web development and graphic design (Webflow, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects…)
- Familiarity with social media outlets (LinkedIn, You Tube, forums, etc.)
- You blend strong work ethic with a good natured personality and a super duper sense of humour.
