Company Description

Qidni Labs Inc. is a clinical-stage medical device company focused on transforming dialysis for people living with kidney failure. The team is developing highly accessible, portable dialysis technology that is nearly waterless and can be fully powered by rechargeable batteries. By removing much of the traditional infrastructure required for dialysis, Qidni Labs aims to make treatment more available to patients globally. The company’s blood dialysis technology is designed for use in challenging environments such as rural communities, natural disasters, emergency settings, battlefields, and satellite dialysis units. Joining Qidni Labs means contributing to innovative solutions that can significantly expand access to life-sustaining care.

Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing system architectures, configuring and administering system components, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and performance. The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing hands-on troubleshooting and technical support, and contributing to the continuous improvement of system functionality and safety. The System Engineer will help define requirements, participate in testing and validation activities, and document system configurations and procedures in alignment with regulatory and quality standards.
