We were also recognized as one of National Capital Region's 2026 Top Employers in Canada, read on to see why!

The Program Manager, Voice of the Partner Role

You will build and scale our global customer listening program. As part of the Voice of the Customer & Insights team, this role is responsible for designing a structured approach to capturing customer sentiment, translating feedback into actionable insights, and driving cross-functional improvements that strengthen customer experience.

This role goes beyond survey execution. It requires strategic thinking, strong stakeholder influence, and the ability to convert customer feedback into measurable business outcomes. The Program Manager will define the framework, governance, and engagement model that ensures customer feedback meaningfully improves experience and long-term account health.

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

Build and Scale a Robust Listening Strategy: Design and manage the Voice of the Customer program (surveys, sentiment analysis, feedback loops) to capture customer sentiment and experience. You establish the foundational governance, cadence, and standards required to build a credible and scalable program.
Capture Clear, Actionable Partner Feedback: You ensure feedback mechanisms are thoughtfully designed to generate meaningful insight rather than surface-level satisfaction data. You continuously refine questions, response strategies, and outreach approaches to improve feedback quality and relevance
Synthesize Themes and Identify Business Priorities: You analyze quantitative and qualitative feedback to identify recurring friction points, growth opportunities, and risks. You translate these patterns into concise narratives that clarify where attention and actions are needed.
Drive Cross-Functional Alignment on Improvements: You bring together stakeholders across the organization to review feedback themes and define improvement actions. You serve as a facilitator and advocate, ensuring customer voice is represented in decision-making conversations.
Develop Feedback Loop Practices: You define clear follow-up mechanisms for detractors, at-risk accounts, and advocacy opportunities. You track whether actions are taken and monitor progress to ensure feedback leads to measurable change.

We’re looking for a teammate with:

5 - 8+ years of experience in customer programs, customer experience, or cross-functional program management.
Experience building or scaling structured projects in global or multi-regional environments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into clear business narratives.
Strategic thinker who can connect feedback to broader business outcomes, and is able to design scalable processes rather than manage one-off initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
Outcome-focused, with a bias toward action and measurable impact.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building new capabilities from the ground up.
Collaborative, proactive, and highly organized.

The location for this role is:

Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
