Operations Director (Multi-Site)

QLM is partnering with a FMCG manufacturer with ambitious growth plans, where manufacturing transformation will be critical to the next phase of performance.
Reporting to the Executive Team, the Operations Director will lead a multi-site North American manufacturing network with responsibility for Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement and Planning.
This is a high-impact leadership role with a clear mandate to deliver a step change in productivity, yield, customer service, operational discipline and organisational capability.
As Operations Director, you will combine strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution, building the platform for profitable growth as the business scales.
Key Requirements
- Senior manufacturing leadership within food, dairy or beverages or similar process industries.
- Multi-site or large, complex plant leadership experience.
- Strong track record improving productivity, yield, service, cost and operational performance.
- Experience leading operational excellence, transformation and cultural change.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to partner across innovation, sales and customer teams.
