- Maintain integrated forecasts for revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, operating expenses, headcount, capital expenditures, working capital and cash flow.
- Coordinate inputs from business leaders, challenge assumptions and identify risks, opportunities and required actions.
- Improve forecast accuracy, planning discipline and accountability across the organization.
- Own Qu's monthly management reporting package and executive performance reporting.
- Prepare clear variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior periods, including business drivers and recommended actions.

- Serve as the primary finance partner to Data Centre Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Technology, Product and Human Resources.
- Support workforce planning, departmental budgets, operational initiatives and resource allocation decisions.
- Translate operational activities into financial impacts, scenarios and recommendations.
- Build business cases for operational initiatives and support ad hoc analysis for the CFO and executive team.
- Own and maintain Qu's core financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Improve data quality and reduce manual reporting through process redesign, automation and fit-for-purpose finance technology.
- Evaluate practical uses of AI-enabled planning, reporting and analysis tools while maintaining appropriate controls.
- CPA designation preferred; a strong combination of finance training and relevant FP&A experience will also be considered.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of progressive FP&A, finance or analytical experience, including ownership of company-wide budgeting and forecasting.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, with demonstrated ability to build and maintain integrated models personally.
- Strong Power BI or comparable business intelligence and dashboarding experience.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow, operating drivers and management reporting.
- Excellent communication and business-partnering skills, with the ability to turn detailed analysis into concise recommendations.
- Comfort operating independently in a lean environment with no direct reports.
- Experience in data centres, digital infrastructure, telecommunications, technology, managed services or another capital-intensive industry is an asset.
- Accurate, timely and decision-useful budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections.
- Improved forecast accuracy and early identification of financial risks and opportunities.
- High-quality management reporting and consistent KPI dashboards.
- Clear ownership and accountability for departmental financial performance.
- Improved reporting efficiency, automation and data quality.
- Meaningful reduction in CFO time spent producing routine forecasts, reports and KPI packages.
