Build relationships with property owners, operators, and decision makers
Negotiate commercial agreements with Host organizations, including site agreements, revenue share, or rental arrangements
Coordinate with internal onboarding and installation teams to ensure smooth deployment of locker systems
Serve as the primary point of contact for Host organizations before, during, and after installation
Maintain strong ongoing relationships with Host partners after installation
Proactively monitor locker performance and usage data
Prepare reports and presentations for Host management and internal leadership
Maintain accurate records of all activities in Salesforce CRM
Work cross-functionally with internal teams including sales, operations, installation, and customer success
Identify ways to improve efficiency in the location acquisition process
Deliver high customer satisfaction that leads to additional opportunities
Support business development efforts and new network expansion
