Job Description

The Campaign Specialist is part of the marketing team and helps plan, coordinate, execute, and track marketing campaigns. The main purpose is to help generate leads and increase customer engagement. The person works closely with senior marketing employees and other internal teams.

What would they actually be doing?

Helping develop and launch marketing campaigns.
Creating and managing campaign materials/assets.
Keeping track of timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.
Helping determine the campaign's target audience, objectives, and messaging.
Supporting lead-generation campaigns through email, social media, webinars, events, paid advertising and retargeting.
Helping build lead-nurturing workflows to turn leads into customers.
Monitoring campaign performance and KPIs.
Conducting A/B testing and using results/data to improve campaigns.
Communicating with internal teams and reporting campaign results to senior staff and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to campaign management and strategy.
Basic project management skills and the ability to support multiple campaigns.
Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
Understanding of digital marketing channels including email, social media, and online advertising.
Analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven campaign performance.
Creative thinking abilities for supporting campaign strategy development.
Collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively under supervision in a fast-paced environment.
