Job Summary
The Home support worker is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of the Care Coordinator and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs.

Provide personal care and home support services according to clients’ needs and care plans, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and mobility assistance. Accompany clients on outings and errands, provide companionship, and complete care documentation.
Requirements
Applicants must have a current clean background check or be willing to obtain one, and a negative TB skin test or chest X-ray. They must be able to travel within the service territory and have access to the internet and a mobile phone.
