Responsibilities
- Assistance with personal care and hygiene
- Meal Preparation
- Light Housekeeping
- Accompany clients on outings
- Shopping and errands
- Medication Assist / Reminders
- Ambulation and transporting of clients
- Provide companionship to clients
- Ability to follow care-plan
- Documentation / Charting
- Must reside on the North Shore or be fully willing and able to reliably commute to shifts across North Vancouver and West Vancouver
- Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent (foreign-trained nurse, nursing student)
- Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain
- CRC for Vulnerable Sector (valid for 5 years) or willingness to obtain
- Ability to travel around North Vancouver and West Vancouver
- Access to Internet / smart phone with data
- Shifts ranging anywhere from 2 hours up to 12 hours
- Flexible working hours - Select your own shifts

Responsibilities
Provide personal care and hygiene assistance, prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and support clients with medication reminders, mobility, transportation, errands, and companionship. Follow each client’s care plan and complete required documentation and charting.
Requirements
Applicants must live on the North Shore or be able to reliably commute throughout North and West Vancouver, and must hold a Health Care Aide certificate or equivalent. Current CPR/First Aid training and a Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check are required or must be obtained; applicants also need reliable local transportation and internet access on a smartphone.
