Responsibilities
- Assistance with personal care and hygiene
- Meal Preparation
- Light Housekeeping
- Accompany clients on outings
- Shopping and errands
- Medication Assist/Reminders
- Ambulation and transporting of clients
- Provide companionship to clients
- Ability to follow care-plan
- Documentation/Charting
- Must reside in South Delta (Tsawwassen/Ladner) or be fully willing and able to reliably commute to shifts across the area
- Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent (foreign-trained nurse, nursing student)
- Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain
- CRC for Vulnerable Sector (valid for 5 years) or willingness to obtain
- Ability to travel around Greater Vancouver Area
- Access to Internet/smart phone with data
- Shifts ranging anywhere from 2 hours up to 12 hours
- Flexible working hours - Select your own shifts

Responsibilities
Provide personal care and hygiene assistance, prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and support clients with medication reminders, mobility, transportation, errands, and companionship. Follow care plans and complete documentation and charting while working under the Care Coordinator’s supervision.
Requirements
Applicants must have a Health Care Aide certificate or equivalent, such as foreign nursing training or nursing student status, and current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain it. They must live in or reliably commute to South Delta, be able to travel around Greater Vancouver, and have internet access and a smartphone with data; a Vulnerable Sector Check is required or must be obtained.
