- Assistance with personal care and hygiene
- Meal Preparation
- Light Housekeeping
- Accompany clients on outings
- Shopping and errands
- Medication Assist/ Reminders
- Ambulation and transporting of clients
- Provide companionship to clients
- Ability to follow care-plan
- Documentation/Charting
- Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent (foreign-trained nurse, nursing student).
- Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Ability to travel around location territory
- Access to Internet/mobile phone

Responsibilities
Provide personal care and hygiene assistance, prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and support clients with medication reminders, mobility, transportation, shopping, and outings. Offer companionship, follow each client's care plan, and complete documentation and charting under the supervision of the Care Coordinator.
Requirements
Applicants must have a Personal Support Worker certificate or equivalent, such as foreign-trained nursing education or nursing student status, and current CPR/First Aid training or a willingness to obtain it. A negative TB skin test or chest X-ray, ability to travel within the territory, and access to the internet and a mobile phone are also required.
