Original job description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the development of a unified Model Risk Management platform within the Risk organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements from Model Risk, model owners, validators, and technology teams.
- Create Epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for model inventory, validation workflows, and findings tracking.
- Map current and future-state processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Support data migration, data mapping, QA testing, UAT, and validation of business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with MRM governance and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience as a Business Analyst in Model Risk Management, model validation, or quantitative risk.
- Knowledge of model governance, model development, independent validation, and ongoing monitoring.
- Familiarity with SR 11-7, SS1/23, or equivalent regulatory guidance.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, user stories, acceptance criteria, and data migration.
- Strong analytical, documentation, testing, and stakeholder management skills.
