Position: Senior Data Engineer

Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid - 3 days onsite is must)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

In-person Interview mandatory after Initial Video Interview

Must Have : Databricks/Snowflake/AI/Financial Reporting

Qualifications:

Hands on experience 5+ years in Snowflake and virtual data warehouse set up
Snowflake data modeling
Must have done projects where semi-structured and unstructured data is brought into Snowflake
Deep understanding of using REST API
Hands on background in Talend
Hands on experience in SQL and PL SQL
Power BI Semantic model experience
Knowledge of Azure

Build and model data in Snowflake, including projects that ingest semi-structured and unstructured data. Support data integration and financial reporting using tools and technologies such as Talend, REST APIs, SQL, Power BI, and Azure.

Requirements

Requires at least five years of hands-on experience with Snowflake, including virtual data warehouse setup and data modeling. Candidates must also have experience with semi-structured and unstructured data, REST APIs, Talend, SQL and PL/SQL, Power BI semantic models, and Azure.
