Scan, name, organize and file confidential documents.
Assist with WorkSafeBC documentation, external audits and related follow-up.
Maintain employee milestone and recognition records.
Improve HR procedures, checklists and filing practices.
Provide additional administrative support as needed.

The ability to work independently while keeping others informed.
Clear, respectful communication with employees from diverse backgrounds.
A careful and professional approach to confidential information.
Familiarity with Mac and Microsoft applications.
Comfort using AI tools for business tasks while protecting confidential information.

The following would be assets:

Spanish fluency - strongly preferred.
Practical experience with Payworks.
Experience in agriculture or with a seasonal workforce.
Experience supporting both hourly and salaried payroll.
