  • Partner with leadership to address employee relations matters, conducting thorough, fair, and legally compliant investigations.
  • Communicate and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with multi-provincial legal requirements and company standards.
  • Identify training and coaching needs within business units and support development initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends, regulatory changes, and best practices across Canadian provinces.
  • Support complex and sensitive HR matters, including accommodations, investigations, and terminations, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation across jurisdictions.
  • Coordinate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data across provinces.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (CHRP, CHRL, or similar Canadian HR designation is an asset).

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to influence leaders, manage employee relations issues, and support change management initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
