Context
The client is looking to strengthen its Structuring team within the non-linear business line. You will work in an Agile team with proximity to the structuring business. The assignment will primarily focus on the implementation and development of the Structure Product Manager and the next generation pricer SANDBOX, developed for structurers.
We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer for Non-Linear Structured Products – Capital Markets activities, to contribute to the development and evolution of these strategic platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Web interface development for the booking and pricing of structured products
- Continuous improvement of the existing Web UI, including data model refinement
- Test environment management as part of the Delivery process
- Process automation and data flow management
- Participation in non-regression campaigns to ensure delivery stability
- Active contribution to Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Sprint Planning, etc.
- Participation in technical meetings with business and IT teams
- Proactive risk escalation (costs, timelines, human resources) identified during feature design
- Proactive contribution to technical discussions and architectural decisions
CANDIDATE CRITERIA
Required Technical Skills
- Solid experience (5+ years) in front-end Web development (React and/or Angular JS) - experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core / C# is a plus
- Experience with MongoDB databases
- Knowledge of messaging/streaming systems: Kafka
- Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools: Docker / Kubernetes
- Experience with continuous deployment tools: ArgoCD or equivalent CI/CD
Functional & Methodological Skills
- Experience in an Agile / Scrum environment
- Ability to work in close collaboration with business teams (structurers, traders)
- Development rigor: adherence to code quality standards and delivery timelines
- Strong analytical skills and technical risk management capabilities
