Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Toronto, ON (On-Site)
Salary: $40,000 - $50,000/yr
Job Type: Permanent

Our client, a well-established organization in the investment industry, is seeking an organized Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for a polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting clients, management, and the broader team.

What You'll Do:

Manage reception, phone calls, visitors, mail, faxes, and couriers.

Maintain office supplies and support day-to-day office operations.

Coordinate management travel, expenses, errands, and ad hoc requests.

Prepare and distribute daily, monthly, and quarterly reports and correspondence.

Complete monthly index inputs and regulatory reporting.

Provide filing, scanning, and general administrative support to the team.

What You Bring:

2+ years of administrative or executive support experience.

Professional, polished, and client-focused communication style.

Strong organization and ability to prioritize competing deadlines.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and discretion.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
