Position: Administrative Assistant - Executive Support
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Salary: $26 per hour
Job Type: Temporary, Part-time
Posting Type: Open vacancy

Our nonprofit client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support a senior executive leader with day-to-day administrative and operational needs. This is a part-time opportunity to work 20-25 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries
- Prepare and process travel expenses and expense reports
- Support invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial administration
- Prepare documents, correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as required

Qualifications & Skills:

- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, resourceful, and comfortable handling confidential information
