Position: Administrative Coordinator
Location: Downtown Toronto, ON (On-Site)
Salary: $24-$26 per hour
Job Type: Temporary Contract
Posting Type: Open Vacancy

Our client, a small and established professional services firm in downtown Toronto, is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator for a temporary contract. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support, manage scheduling and documentation, and help ensure the office runs smoothly. This role is ideal for someone organized, professional, and comfortable working independently in a small, close-knit team.

What You'll Do:

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to a small professional team, including calendar and meeting coordination
- Prepare, format, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, records, and documentation
- Manage incoming calls and email correspondence and liaise professionally with clients and external contacts
- Track deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and assist with billing and general office administration
- Coordinate office supplies and other day-to-day operational needs while taking initiative to keep the office running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

- Previous administrative experience in a professional office environment
- Experience in legal, consulting, accounting, financial services, or another professional services environment is an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished and professional approach
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Confident working independently with strong judgment, initiative, and follow-through
