Brève description du poste

Nous recherchons un analyste de crédit aux comptes clients soucieux du détail et axé sur le client pour rejoindre une équipe financière dynamique. Sous la supervision du superviseur des comptes clients, vous serez responsable de la gestion des recouvrements, des rapprochements de comptes, des affectations de fonds et des demandes de renseignements relatives aux comptes clients. Ce poste exige de solides compétences analytiques, d'excellentes aptitudes à la communication et la capacité de s'épanouir dans un environnement dynamique tout en établissant des relations positives avec les intervenants internes et externes.

Responsabilités :

Crédit et recouvrements
- Gérer les activités de recouvrement et maintenir une communication régulière avec les clients concernant les soldes impayés.
- Traiter les remboursements par carte de crédit des clients avec précision et efficacité.
- Préparer les écritures comptables de compensation et de radiation liées aux créances irrécouvrables, au besoin.
- Effectuer les applications de fonds et les opérations de compensation pour les grands détaillants et les comptes clients.
- Accéder aux portails clients pour enquêter sur les déductions et les écarts comptables, et les expliquer.
- Assister le superviseur des comptes clients dans les efforts de recouvrement et les activités de gestion des comptes.
- Contribuer à la résolution des problèmes liés au crédit des clients.
- Participer aux initiatives d'amélioration des processus afin d'accroître la productivité et la qualité.
- Assurer un soutien pour la production de rapports sur les déductions hors comptable et l'administration des programmes de rabais.
- Préparer les versements des rapports bancaires au besoin.
- Approuver les modifications apportées aux données de base des clients lorsque cela est nécessaire.

Collaboration et soutien
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le service à la clientèle, les prestataires de services externalisés (BPO) et les équipes commerciales afin d'assurer une résolution rapide des demandes des clients.
- Établir et entretenir de solides relations avec les clients et les partenaires d'affaires internes.
- Contribuer à un milieu de travail collaboratif et axé sur le travail d'équipe.

Exigences :

- Baccalauréat ou combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience
- De 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en recouvrement et en gestion des comptes clients
- Expérience en rapprochement comptable et en gestion des comptes clients
- Expérience antérieure dans un milieu financier ou comptable au rythme soutenu
- Maîtrise intermédiaire de Microsoft Excel et de la suite Microsoft Office
- Une expérience avec SAP est considérée comme un atout

Compétences et qualifications :

- Solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale
- Excellentes aptitudes à la gestion des relations avec les intervenants internes et externes
- Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique et à s'adapter à des priorités changeantes
- Solides aptitudes au travail d'équipe et à la collaboration
- Bonne compréhension des principes comptables de base

Brief Description of the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Accounts Receivable Credit Analyst to join a dynamic Finance team. Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing collections, account reconciliations, cash applications, and customer account inquiries. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while building positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Credit & Collections
- Manage collections activities and maintain regular communication with customers regarding outstanding balances.
- Process customer credit card refunds accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare netting and write-off journal entries related to bad debt when required.
- Perform cash applications and netting activities for large retailers and customer accounts.
- Access customer portals to investigate and explain deductions and account discrepancies.
- Assist the AR Supervisor with collection efforts and account management activities.
- Support the resolution of customer credit-related issues.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
- Provide backup support for OTC deduction reporting and rebate program administration.
- Prepare bank report remittances as required.
- Approve customer master data changes when necessary.

Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with Customer Service, Business Process Outsourcers (BPOs), and Commercial teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal business partners.
- Contribute to a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 to 5 years of Accounts Receivable and collections experience
- Experience with account reconciliations and customer account management
- Previous experience in a fast-paced finance or accounting environment
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
- SAP experience is considered an asset

- Excellent relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders
