We are seeking a Principal Systems Architect - Power Electronics to lead the technical architecture of advanced power conversion products.

This role is responsible for defining system-level design strategy and making critical architectural decisions that balance performance, reliability, manufacturability, compliance, and cost.

You will serve as the technical authority across the product lifecycle, providing leadership on complex engineering challenges and guiding the evolution of current and future platforms.

What You'll Do

- Lead system architecture for power conversion products

- Drive key technical and design decisions

- Translate product requirements into engineering specifications

- Lead architecture and design reviews

- Solve complex system-level performance and reliability challenges

- Provide technical mentorship to senior engineers

- Influence the direction of next-generation platforms

What We're Looking For

- At least 5-7 years of experience in power electronics or power conversion systems

- Proven experience designing and delivering commercial products

- Strong background in system architecture and technical leadership

- Expertise in areas such as power electronics, controls, thermal performance, reliability, and compliance

- Ability to evaluate complex technical trade-offs and make sound engineering decisions

- Experience supporting products from development through production and field deployment

Nous recherchons un(e) architecte système principal - électronique de puissance pour diriger l'architecture technique de produits avancés de conversion de puissance.

Ce poste consiste à définir la stratégie de conception au niveau du système et à prendre des décisions architecturales cruciales qui concilient performances, fiabilité, facilité de fabrication, conformité et coût.

Vous ferez office d'autorité technique tout au long du cycle de vie du produit, en assurant le leadership face à des défis d'ingénierie complexes et en guidant l'évolution des plateformes actuelles et futures.

Vos missions
- Diriger l'architecture système des produits de conversion de puissance
- Piloter les décisions techniques et de conception clés
- Traduire les exigences produit en spécifications d'ingénierie
- Diriger les revues d'architecture et de conception
- Résoudre les défis complexes liés aux performances et à la fiabilité au niveau système
- Assurer le mentorat technique des ingénieurs seniors
- Influencer l'orientation des plateformes de nouvelle génération
Ce que nous recherchons
- Au moins 5 à 7 ans d'expérience dans l'électronique de puissance ou les systèmes de conversion de puissance
- Une expérience avérée dans la conception et la mise sur le marché de produits commerciaux
- Une solide expérience en architecture système et en leadership technique
- Une expertise dans des domaines tels que l'électronique de puissance, les commandes, les performances thermiques, la fiabilité et la conformité
