This role is ideal for someone coming from the construction, landscaping, commercial property, industrial, property development or another project-based industry.

What you will be doing

As Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects move smoothly from initial planning through execution and completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing multiple projects and ensuring they remain on schedule and on track
- Coordinating timelines, priorities and deliverables across various teams
- Working closely with internal teams, including design, operations and administration
- Managing relationships and coordination with vendors, suppliers and external stakeholders
- Monitoring project progress and proactively identifying potential delays or issues

- Providing visibility to leadership on project status, priorities and potential risks
- Identifying operational gaps and implementing practical solutions to improve efficiency

What we are looking for

- Experience managing projects in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
- Background in construction, landscaping, commercial property, industrial operations, property development or a similar industry
- Strong experience coordinating multiple teams, vendors and stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Highly operational and process-oriented mindset
- Someone who naturally brings structure and organization to complex or evolving environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate issues before they become problems
- Comfortable following up and holding teams accountable to timelines and deliverables
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of important details
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working closely with design teams is an asset
- Comfortable working in a hands-on environment where processes continue to evolve

The ideal person

- You are someone who sees a project with multiple moving parts and immediately starts thinking about how to organize it, structure it and keep it moving forward.
- You are proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable coordinating different personalities, teams and external partners. You know how to create order in a busy environment, establish clear processes and ensure that projects are completed on time
- If you are an organized and operationally minded Project Manager who enjoys bringing structure to complex projects and ensuring teams work together effectively, we would love to hear from you.
