This opportunity is ideal for a sales-driven leader who enjoys being in front of customers, developing business, coaching teams, and taking ownership of results. Unlike many management positions that remove you from the field, this role keeps you connected to customers while giving you full leadership responsibility for an established business unit.

- Enjoy a high degree of autonomy while working closely with senior leadership to shape strategy, profitability, and business results
- Comprehensive employer-paid benefits starting on day one, including health and dental coverage
- Monthly vehicle allowance plus gas card
- RRSP and profit-sharing program to support your long-term financial goals
- Backed by the stability, reputation, and resources of a global industrial leader
- Opportunity to make a visible impact on revenue growth, operational excellence, team development, and overall business performance

What You'll Be Doing

You will operate as the leader of the business unit, balancing market growth with operational excellence.

Growth & Business Development:

- Drive revenue and market share growth across the territory
- Build relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Support and coach the sales team in identifying and closing opportunities
- Conduct customer visits throughout the region

Leadership & Operations:

- Lead a team of seven employees across sales and operations
- Manage branch profitability and performance
- Oversee inventory, receivables and operational efficiency

- Foster a culture of accountability, customer service and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

- Management experience within industrial distribution, industrial sales or a related technical environment
- Proven success in business development and sales leadership
- Strong coaching and team leadership skills
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to discuss technical products and solutions with customers
- Solid business and financial acumen
- Comfortable spending significant time in the field meeting customers
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing business

If you enjoy leading from the front, developing business and building high-performing teams, we'd like to hear from you.

Please send your resume in Word format to Jill Kalakay at jillk@quantum.ca.
