Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare metal surfaces through cleaning, sanding, masking, and finishing processes
- Apply epoxy primers, industrial coatings, and protective finishes using spray equipment
- Operate and maintain air spray and painting systems
- Perform quality inspections to ensure a flawless finish and compliance with specifications
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures
- Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized

What We're Looking For:

- 2+ years of experience as an Industrial Painter, Spray Painter, Production Painter, or Automotive Painter
- Experience working in a manufacturing, fabrication, or production environment
- Hands-on experience with epoxy coatings, primers, paints, and spray guns
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards
