About the Opportunity

Are you polished, personable and passionate about creating an exceptional experience for clients and guests?

We are looking for a Receptionist to join an established organization in downtown Toronto. This is a highly visible, front-of-house position where you will be the first point of contact for clients, guests and senior professionals, helping create a welcoming, polished and professional experience from the moment someone walks through the door.

This opportunity is particularly well suited to someone who thrives in a high-touch, client-facing environment. Your experience could come from luxury hospitality, an upscale spa or wellness environment, premium retail, private clubs or another service-focused setting where professionalism and exceptional client experience are a priority.

You are naturally warm, polished and engaging, with a strong instinct for anticipating the needs of others. You take pride in the small details, enjoy interacting with people and are looking for an opportunity to bring your service experience into a sophisticated corporate environment.

What You'll Do:

- Welcome clients, visitors and guests and provide a consistently warm, polished and professional experience
- Answer and direct incoming calls and respond to general inquiries
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared and presentation-ready
- Anticipate meeting and guest needs, including catering, refreshments and room set-up
- Maintain the reception area and shared office spaces to a high standard
- Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies
- Work closely with colleagues to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the office
- Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed

What We're Looking For:

- 1+ years of experience in a high-touch client-facing environment, such as luxury hospitality, upscale spa or wellness, premium retail, private clubs or another service-focused setting
- A polished, warm and confident communication style
- A genuine service mindset and enjoyment of interacting with people
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Professional judgment and confidence interacting with clients, executives and senior professionals
- Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative and stay one step ahead
- Experience within a professional or corporate environment is an asset, but not required
