Position: Senior Administrative Assistant
Location: Toronto
Salary: $70,000-$85,000
Posting Type: Open vacancy
Work model: Hybrid, with in-office attendance Tuesday through Thursday

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to support a busy senior leader and the broader leadership team while helping to keep the day-to-day operations of the office running smoothly.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident administrative professional who enjoys taking ownership, anticipating needs and keeping a fast-moving team organized. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing competing priorities and supporting leaders who are frequently working outside the office.

Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to a senior leader and members of the leadership team
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements and related logistics
- Prepare, reconcile and submit expense reports
- Assist with reports, presentations, communications and other business documents
- Compile and organize information using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Coordinate office activities, deliveries, requests and other operational details to ensure the office runs smoothly
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors and other contacts as required
- Follow up on outstanding items and help ensure deadlines and commitments are met

Qualifications:

- Several years of progressive administrative support experience, ideally within a project-based, professional services or corporate environment
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience coordinating travel, expenses, meetings and business reporting
- Sound judgment and confidence working with senior leaders
- Resourceful, adaptable and comfortable working with limited direction
- Receptive to constructive feedback and committed to producing high-quality work

You quickly learn how a team and office operate, anticipate next steps and confidently take ownership of your responsibilities. You are comfortable supporting a smart, direct and fast-paced leader and can adapt quickly as priorities change.
