AI Tech Lead _ Brampton / Toronto, ON (Onsite) _ Contract
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience leading and delivering production-grade AI/ML systems.
- Strong expertise in LLMs, Transformer architecture, embeddings, tokenization, and inference optimization.
- Hands-on experience designing RAG pipelines, AI agent frameworks, and multi-agent systems.
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems architecture, concurrency, load balancing, scalability, and high availability.
- Experience building LLM evaluation frameworks, including domain-specific scoring, adversarial testing, and regression testing.
- Expertise in AI security, including prompt injection defense, jailbreak prevention, and secure tool use.
- Strong understanding of token optimization, context windows, and cost-performance trade-offs.
- Experience with AI observability, tracing, logging, and agent debugging.
- Knowledge of AI/ML DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, GPU orchestration, and model deployment strategies.
- Strong technical leadership, mentoring, architecture design, and responsible AI governance skills.
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of Google's GECX.
