Bilingual P&C Insurance Operations Analyst
Markham, ON (4 days/ week onsite)
Contract
Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
- Multilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written).
- Experience in policy administration, policy servicing, or insurance operations.
- Ability to interpret insurance policies, endorsements, and policy documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other productivity tools.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work accurately in a process-driven environment.
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of the Canadian P&C Insurance Market.
- Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter or similar policy administration systems.
- Exposure to insurance compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Support property and casualty insurance operations, including policy administration and servicing. Interpret insurance policies, endorsements, and related documentation while working accurately in a process-driven environment and communicating with stakeholders.
Requirements
Requires P&C insurance experience, spoken and written proficiency in English and French, and experience in policy administration, policy servicing, or insurance operations. Candidates should be able to interpret policy documents, use Excel and productivity tools, communicate effectively, and manage stakeholders; knowledge of the Canadian P&C market, Guidewire PolicyCenter, and insurance compliance is an advantage.
