Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to manage end-to-end project and service delivery, ensuring projects are completed within scope, budget, timelines, and quality expectations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, stakeholder management, project governance, and delivery management experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful business outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT project management, program management, or delivery management.
- Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Program Manager, or Senior Project Manager.
- Strong experience managing large-scale IT projects and multiple delivery teams.
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
- Experience working in banking, financial services, insurance, or enterprise IT environments.
- Experience managing distributed and offshore/onshore teams.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, application development, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems.
