AI Business Analyst / Prompt Engineer
We are looking for an AI Business Analyst / Prompt Engineer with experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and business process improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in prompt engineering, AI tools, requirements gathering, Agile delivery, and designing AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for AI platforms including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and Gemini.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into AI-powered solutions.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and Agile documentation to support solution delivery.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for AI automation and workflow improvements.
- Support solution design by evaluating AI use cases and recommending effective approaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Evaluate AI outputs and improve prompt effectiveness through testing and refinement.
- Promote responsible AI practices, including accuracy, security, and ethical AI usage.
