Responsibilities
Provide L2 IT support for manufacturing and production environments, including MES, production systems, endpoints, and line-side devices. Triage and manage incidents while coordinating with cross-functional teams, OEMs, vendors, and stakeholders to support production operations and meet SLAs.
Requirements
Hands-on experience in Manufacturing IT, shop-floor support, MES or production systems, and production-line IT support is sought. The role requires French and English, along with experience in ITSM, incident management, issue triage, and shift-based production support.
