Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect enterprise applications using Open Liberty/WebSphere Liberty.
- Lead application modernization and migration from traditional IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) to Open Liberty.
- Develop cloud-native microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Jakarta EE, and REST Web Services.
- Define application architecture, deployment strategies, and integration patterns.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
- Design secure, scalable, and highly available cloud solutions.
- Lead architecture reviews, troubleshoot performance issues, and mentor development teams.
- Create architecture documentation, technical standards, and governance frameworks.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Open Liberty / WebSphere Liberty.
- Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server and application migration.
- Advanced Java concepts and REST Web Services.
- Java, Spring Boot, and Jakarta EE.
- Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong application architecture and technical leadership skills.
