Original job description
Design and architect enterprise applications using Open Liberty/WebSphere Liberty.
Lead application modernization and migration from Traditional WebSphere Application Server (WAS) to Open Liberty.
Design and develop cloud-native microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Jakarta EE, and Open Liberty.
Define application architecture, integration patterns, deployment strategies, and technology roadmaps.
Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
Design scalable, secure, and highly available solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
Conduct architecture reviews, establish technical standards, and provide technical leadership and mentoring.
Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Create architecture documentation, governance frameworks, and solution design artifacts.
