RPA UiPath Developer

We are looking for a Senior RPA UiPath Developer with 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-level automation solutions using UiPath. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with RPA development, solution architecture, process analysis, and integration with various enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Develop scalable and reusable UiPath workflows, components, and automation frameworks.
• Work with UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and UiPath Robots.
• Develop automations using REFramework and best practices.
• Integrate UiPath solutions with SAP, Salesforce, Excel, Outlook, web applications, databases, APIs, and legacy systems.
• Develop automation using REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, JSON, XML, and web services.
• Create exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and transaction management.
• Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator including robots, queues, assets, schedules, and environments.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to RPA development standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution design documents, and process documentation.
• Mentor junior RPA developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Support deployment and migration of automation solutions across DEV, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Monitor bot performance and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.
• Ensure automation solutions follow security, compliance, and governance standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT/software development experience, with strong experience in RPA.
• Extensive hands-on experience with UiPath.
• Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, REFramework, Queues, Assets, and Libraries.
• Experience with VB.NET/C#, SQL, APIs, JSON, XML, and regular expressions.
• Strong experience with Excel automation and database integration.
• Experience integrating RPA solutions with enterprise applications such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and web-based applications.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
