Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity) solutions.
- Lead architecture, development, and integration for telecom transformation projects.
- Configure and customize EPC, CPQ, Order Management, and OmniStudio components.
- Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and integrations.
- Integrate Salesforce with OSS/BSS, ERP, and third-party applications.
- Support CI/CD, DevOps, and Salesforce deployment best practices.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams in an Agile environment.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience with Communications Cloud (Vlocity).
- Strong expertise in EPC, CPQ, Order Management, and OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
- Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Salesforce Architecture, REST/SOAP APIs, and integrations.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with OSS/BSS, ERP, and external systems.
- Strong understanding of Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash telecom processes.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Salesforce deployment.
