Strong experience in SAP production and application support.
Expertise in SAP system administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with SAP NetWeaver administration.
Good knowledge of SAP HANA administration and support.
Experience in system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with SAP system refreshes and system copies.
Experience with SAP Kernel upgrades and Support Package upgrades.
Strong knowledge of SAP Transport Management and Background Job administration.
Experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
Experience supporting SAP environments across DEV, QAS, and PRD.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
Administer and support SAP environments across development, quality assurance, and production, including SAP NetWeaver and SAP HANA systems. Monitor and tune system performance, troubleshoot issues, manage system refreshes and copies, perform upgrades, and oversee transports and background jobs.
Requirements
Requires at least six years of hands-on SAP BASIS administration experience and strong experience supporting SAP production and applications. Candidates should have expertise in SAP system administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and the listed SAP technologies and operational processes, along with strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
