Responsibilities
Administer and troubleshoot SAP systems, including SAP NetWeaver and SAP HANA, while providing production and application support. Monitor system performance and carry out system refreshes or copies, kernel upgrades, and support package upgrades across development, quality assurance, and production environments.
Requirements
Requires at least six years of hands-on SAP BASIS experience and strong SAP production and application support experience. Candidates should have SAP system administration and troubleshooting expertise, SAP NetWeaver administration experience, SAP HANA administration or support knowledge, and strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
