- Minimum of 8 years of software development experience, with strong hands-on experience in Python and relevant experience in AI/ML or Generative AI.
- Strong knowledge of system design, software architecture, and scalable application development.
- Strong programming skills in Python, REST APIs, JSON, and object-oriented programming.
- Hands-on experience developing Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and context management.
- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent tools.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or equivalent technologies.
- Hands-on experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Azure AI Search, FAISS, Weaviate, or Chroma.
- Experience with AI and cloud services on Azure, AWS, or GCP, preferably Azure OpenAI in an enterprise environment.
- Good understanding of the machine learning lifecycle, model evaluation, LLM evaluation techniques, and MLOps concepts.
- Experience with SQL, databases, data processing, and integration with enterprise data sources.
- Understanding of AI security, responsible AI practices, data privacy, and governance.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
