Senior Change Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager (AI Transformation & Adoption) to lead organizational change initiatives supporting AI-enabled transformation across Wealth Technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong consulting background and extensive experience managing complex enterprise transformations, including AI adoption, digital workplace modernization, automation, and technology transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies, drive stakeholder engagement, align executive leadership, and establish effective communication, training, adoption, and sustainment frameworks to ensure successful implementation of new technologies, processes, and ways of working.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting AI transformation, generative AI adoption, and AI-enabled business processes.
• Familiarity with digital workplace technologies, automation, and enterprise technology modernization.
• Understanding of organizational behavior, culture change, and employee adoption challenges.
• Experience in Wealth Management, financial services, or banking technology environments.
• Experience working with cross-functional business, product, and technology teams.
• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI adoption, and associated organizational change considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree or relevant advanced qualification preferred.
• 10+ years of overall professional experience, with substantial experience in enterprise change management and technology transformation.
• Proven track record of leading complex change initiatives in consulting or large enterprise environments.
• Strong ability to engage senior leadership and drive measurable organizational adoption outcomes.
