Required Skills & Responsibilities:
- Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Adherence to defined SLAs and KPIs.
- Maintaining and updating SOPs and knowledge repositories.
- Understanding of product requirements, estimation, and delivery.
- Knowledge of web applications and REST APIs (JSON/XML).
- Experience with microservices-based architecture.
- Strong technical knowledge of Java/J2EE, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Understanding of authentication mechanisms, including OAuth, SSO, and STS.
- Proficiency in SQL queries.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Dynatrace, Site24x7, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of request flows between web servers, application servers, and various integration points.
