Required Qualifications & Experience

• Salesforce Expertise: 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with deep domain knowledge in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Development Skills: Strong expertise in LWC, Apex, Triggers, Asynchronous Apex, and Flow Builder.

• DevOps & Source Control: Practical experience with GitHub, source-driven development (SFDX), Jenkins CI/CD, and Salesforce packaging (1GP / 2GP unlocked packages).

• AI Tool Integration: Hands-on experience or active adoption of AI development tools such as Claude Code AI, Cursor, or similar AI pair-programming environments.

• Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading technical teams, driving architecture decisions, and conducting rigorous code reviews.

• Client-Facing Skills: Experience working directly with client stakeholders, conducting demos, and driving technical alignment.

• Individual Contributor: Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage task priorities, and deliver production-ready features end-to-end.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for presenting solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Requirements
