Full Stack Software Developer (Java/React)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Developer with strong technical leadership capabilities and expertise in enterprise application development, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Java technologies. The role involves designing scalable solutions, leading Agile development teams, building integrations, and overseeing application delivery, deployment, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on development expertise with solution architecture, team mentorship, and modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and promote engineering best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Solution Architecture: Design secure, scalable enterprise solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, Azure, and Dataverse. Develop solution architecture artifacts, technical roadmaps, and integration strategies.
• Application Development: Build and configure Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power Pages, plugins, custom connectors, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Agile Delivery: Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Solution Architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Lead workstreams, sprint planning, and development activities.
• Cloud & Integration: Develop cloud-based solutions using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, API Management, Storage Services, and Key Vault. Implement integrations using enterprise integration patterns and MuleSoft.
• DevOps & Quality Assurance: Lead CI/CD implementation using Azure DevOps and GitHub, establish automated deployment and testing practices, and maintain development environments.
• Java Development: Support enterprise application development using Java, Spring Boot, Apache Tomcat, and Oracle or SQL databases.
• Production Support: Oversee deployments, releases, troubleshooting, and ongoing application maintenance.
• Innovation: Leverage Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, AI agents, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve development productivity, solution design, and testing.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of software development experience in enterprise application delivery.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or Solution Lead role.
• Minimum 2 years of experience implementing CRM, case management, or business process solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Experience leading cross-functional Agile delivery teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Microsoft Technologies: Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Microsoft Dataverse.
• Azure Services: Experience with Azure Functions, App Services, API Management, Logic Apps, Azure Storage, and Key Vault.
• Java Technologies: Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Apache Tomcat, and Oracle or SQL databases.
• Development Technologies: Proficiency in .NET/C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, web services, and SQL Server.
• Integration: Experience with MuleSoft, enterprise middleware, API-led architecture, and cloud integration patterns.
• DevOps: Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Visual Studio, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Architecture: Strong understanding of enterprise software design, design patterns, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Ability to provide technical direction, mentor developers, and coordinate delivery across multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience delivering solutions in public-sector environments.
• Experience architecting complex Dynamics 365 Customer Service and case management implementations.
• Famimiliarity with Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, AI agents, and LLM-based solutions.
