We are looking for an experienced Oracle EDQ Platform Engineer to support the migration of Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) from on-premises environments to Microsoft Azure.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Oracle EDQ.
- Manage EDQ Director, EDQ Server, Repository, upgrades, and patching.
- Assess and migrate existing EDQ processes, jobs, and dependencies to Azure.
- Support lift-and-shift and cloud refactoring activities.
- Build and optimize EDQ processes for profiling, cleansing, standardization, matching, and deduplication.
- Design and support EDQ infrastructure on Azure VMs / containers.
- Integrate EDQ with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Snowflake, databases, APIs, and file-based systems.
- Work with Azure networking including VNET, VPN, and ExpressRoute.
- Monitor and optimize platform performance using Azure Monitor / Log Analytics.
- Implement security using Azure RBAC, Key Vault, and encryption.
- Support CI/CD and automation using Git, Azure DevOps/Jenkins, Shell, or Python.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ).
- Experience with EDQ administration and data quality processes.
- Proven experience with cloud/on-premises migration, preferably EDQ to Azure.
- Strong hands-on Microsoft Azure experience.
- Knowledge of Azure VMs, VNET, VPN, ExpressRoute.
- Strong Oracle SQL / PL/SQL skills.
- Experience with ETL/data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with Snowflake preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in EDQ/data quality and cloud/platform engineering.

Administer, troubleshoot, upgrade, and optimize Oracle EDQ, including its processes, jobs, and supporting infrastructure. Migrate EDQ workloads to Azure, integrate the platform with data services and systems, and support security, monitoring, networking, and automation.
Requirements
Requires 5+ years of experience in EDQ or data quality and cloud or platform engineering, strong hands-on Oracle EDQ and Azure experience, and proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL. Candidates should also have experience with migration, ETL and data warehousing; Snowflake is preferred, while ODI, GoldenGate, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, containers, governance tools, and Azure certifications are nice to have.
