We're looking for our next Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing. Could It Be You?

The Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing is the day-to-day strategic lead and cross-channel engine driving new, high-value customer acquisition at QuestEnterprise. Acting as an end-to-end growth captain, this role bridges business strategy with full-funnel execution to drive profitable acquisition across growth, brand and product initiatives, and integrated campaigns. Responsible for customer growth economics, performance forecasting, and leading our growth marketing programs, the Sr. Manager couples deep analytical rigour with continuous experimentation to scale user growth efficiently across all touchpoints.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

End-to-end growth strategy and execution: Designing, championing, and executing full-funnel customer acquisition strategies for both growth-led initiatives and integrated Brand and Product Marketing programs, all aimed at high-value customer acquisition.
Growth economics and portfolio performance: Owning growth marketing performance metrics and forecasting models, and optimizing capital allocation and channel mix to ensure scalable, profitable acquisition outcomes.
Advanced measurement and insights: Spearheading channel attribution, incrementality testing, and funnel analytics to measure true incremental campaign impact and synthesize it into actionable business insight.
Acquisition ingenuity and experimentation: Conceiving and testing innovative acquisition opportunities from scratch, including novel placements, audience segments, creative formats, promotional offers, and digital experiences.
Cross-functional and integrated campaign leadership: Serving as the primary growth marketing liaison across Creative Studio, Lifecycle, Analytics, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Onboarding, and Engagement teams to integrate acquisition mechanics seamlessly.
Channel optimization and testing: Directing multi-channel performance across paid media, SEO/AEO, CRO, web and app surfaces, and promotional constructs by deploying structured, repeatable testing frameworks and scaling systems.
Agency and partner management: Leading day-to-day operational relationships with external agencies, vendors, and tech partners, establishing key deliverables and holding partners accountable to targets.
Program leadership and governance: Captaining multi-channel growth programs independently from initial brief through post-mortem analysis, with clear project workflows, milestones, and cross-team communication.
Systematic growth: Building repeatable systems and playbooks rather than one-off wins that don't scale - seeing every initiative as its own puzzle, without starting from scratch when proven patterns already exist.

Have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Have 6+ years of progressive experience in growth marketing, performance acquisition, or multi-channel growth strategy roles, including time in a high-growth organization with meaningful external acquisition stakes
Have a proven track record optimizing marketing measurement, incrementality methodology, multi-touch attribution models, and data-driven funnel optimization - and can still make sharp decisions with imperfect data
Have deep expertise building acquisition forecasts, managing performance budgets, and driving scalable growth economics
Have independently captained complex acquisition initiatives, leading relationships with both internal stakeholders and external agency partners, and can partner closely with creative, product, analytics, and lifecycle teams to keep execution sharp
Have deep, hands-on experience across a modern growth marketing stack, including but not limited to media buying (e.g. Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other programmatic, search, and social platforms), performance analytics (e.g. GA4, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Haus, Northbeam), and brand/category research (e.g. Ahrefs, Semrush, YouGov, Tracksuit)
Have built growth programs in-house and owned the downstream impact of those decisions
Are AI-native, consistently seeking out automation over manual effort and exercising strong judgement on the appropriate path forward

Additional kudos if you…

Have growth marketing experience within e-commerce, B2C, and/or financial services categories
Have directly managed external media buying (online and offline), SEO, or performance marketing agencies

Additional Information…

This role sits within QuestEnterprise, in the Growth Marketing team, and reports to the Lead, Growth Marketing.
There are likely no direct reports to start. You will lead indirectly across Paid Media, SEO, CMS, and CRO practitioners within Growth Marketing, and partner with Sr. Managers across Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Lifecycle, Engagement, Analytics, and Product.
This is a Full Time Regular position based in the GTA.

Compensation Information:

The final compensation package will be commensurate with the successful candidate's experience, skills, and geographic location (Canada). It includes a comprehensive benefits plan and a competitive incentive (bonus) program for Full-Time Permanent roles.
