Original job description

Company Description QuickChart.md is a Canadian-built AI platform created by specialist physicians to reduce clinical documentation burden and modernize healthcare workflows. The platform offers tools such as ambient scribing, dictation, telehealth support, data extraction, report generation, intake support, and clinical decision support tailored to real-world clinical practice. Designed to be secure, practical, and clinician-led, QuickChart.md enables healthcare teams to save time and improve documentation quality. By streamlining routine clinical tasks, the company supports more efficient care delivery and better patient outcomes. As a growing healthtech organization, QuickChart.md provides opportunities to shape the future of AI-enabled healthcare.

Role Description The Head of Growth is a full-time hybrid role based in Toronto, ON, with flexibility for partial work-from-home. This position is responsible for designing and executing growth strategies across the entire funnel, including awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. Day-to-day activities include planning and running growth marketing experiments, leading customer acquisition campaigns, and collaborating with product, sales, and clinical teams to refine value propositions and go-to-market approaches. The role involves analyzing data to identify growth opportunities, optimizing digital channels and partnerships, and overseeing conversion rate optimization from lead generation through onboarding. The Head of Growth will also build and mentor a small cross-functional team, define performance metrics, and report on growth outcomes to the leadership team.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking to design, test, and scale data-driven growth initiatives.
Proven experience in Customer Acquisition across digital and offline channels, including campaign strategy, execution, and optimization.
Background in Sales with the ability to support pipeline development, refine messaging, and collaborate on closing strategic accounts.
Experience in Business Development, including partnerships, channel development, and new market entry.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using growth analytics tools, dashboards, and A/B testing frameworks.
Experience working in SaaS, healthtech, or B2B technology environments, ideally with clinicians or healthcare organizations.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, communicate clearly, and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an asset.
Comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment, with a bias toward experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
