Description

Changing consumer behavior, the rise of GenAI, and the need to avoid commoditization are transforming the practice of Marketing & Communications. As a Senior Client Partner at Quietly, you will help lead that charge, helping the world’s leading brands earn attention and drive business growth, instead of simply paying to interrupt.

As part of the Delivery team and working in collaboration with our Strategy and Content teams, a Senior Client Partner provides strategic leadership across our client accounts and oversees the full delivery lifecycle. It’s a dynamic mix of business growth, advising, client servicing, content strategy, and operational discipline all in one.

You bring experience from global, top-tier creative, brand and/or digital agencies, and the confidence to work on highly consultative engagements; challenging long standing assumptions, defending recommendations, and delivering high-value client work for category-leading organizations.

You inspire teammates to raise the bar on every level, from strategic briefs and AI-assisted workflows to final execution, because you understand how customer expectations are evolving, how content drives business growth, and where the future is headed for B2B and B2C brands.

What You'll Do

Drive executive-level conversations and cultivate trusted relationships across client organizations, positioning yourself as a strategic partner
Lead account expansion by building compelling business cases for client investment, consistently demonstrating the financial and strategic ROI of Quietly's programs
Uncover market whitespace and strategic opportunities within your client accounts to steer executive conversations and inform growth strategies.
Proactively identify and pitch Quietly capabilities that address emerging client challenges and provide real business value, defining high-level strategic objectives, recommended approaches, budget parameters, and robust scopes of work.
Oversee program delivery and account governance, establishing total clarity around project scopes, key outcomes, budgets, and resourcing, while maintaining hands-on project management discipline to ensure seamless execution and commercial integrity.
Lead and deliver resulting engagements, guiding cross-functional delivery teams (Strategy and Content) to execute with excellence while keeping focus on the broader account strategy.
Manage and deliver engagements to revenue and project profitability targets, maintaining overall portfolio financial health.
Work with the Head of Delivery to shape delivery strategy, establish operational best practices, and drive client retention and expansion initiatives across the business.
Work with and support the Head of Delivery to onboard, mentor, train and coach new and existing Delivery team members, supporting in professional development and ensuring high standards of excellence are achieved
Work with department heads and operations to evolve organizational processes and tools
Work with Growth, Strategy and Content teams to identify emerging market needs, formalize new high-value service offerings, and develop corresponding sales enablement materials.
Work with the CEO and Growth team to support business development and marketing activities.

What You'll Bring

8+ years of account management experience, with at least 6 years as an Account Director and 2+ years at the Senior Account Director level or equivalent
A growth-oriented Client Director or Senior Account Director with a proven track record of managing and expanding high-profile, seven-figure enterprise client portfolios.
A track record of deepening executive-level client relationships through top-tier communication, skilled at navigating complex enterprise organizations, establishing trust, and unlocking growth through strategic conversations.
Proven experience in, and a demonstrated ability to systematically grow existing accounts by identifying unmapped client needs and proactively seeking out new opportunities.
Proven experience delivering programs across marketing and operations consulting, content strategy, and distribution, including leveraging AI tools to drive operational efficiencies and elevate strategic and creative work.
Exceptional narrative-building and executive-level pitching skills, with the ability to translate complex strategic concepts into concise, value-focused proposals and decks
Strong project management experience including scope, project planning, task management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and ultimately ensuring work is delivered on time and budget
Commercially minded and comfortable with data, with a proven ability to validate insights and translate research into business-smart engagements that drive client growth.
Proven experience leading and scaling strategic accounts in complex, technical B2B and enterprise environments (e.g., Financial Services, Tech, Professional Services).
Knowledge in media planning/buying, public relations, advertising, social media, AEO/GEO and SEO
Experience with various AI platforms, marketing automation, content management systems, CRM platforms, email marketing, web analytics, and e-commerce tools.
