Senior Client Partner

Department: Delivery

Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Location: Vancouver

Reporting To: Head of Delivery

Compensation: CA$115,000 - CA$140,000 / year

Description

Changing consumer behavior, the rise of GenAI, and the need to avoid commoditization are transforming the practice of Marketing & Communications. As a Senior Client Partner at Quietly, you will help lead that charge, helping the world’s leading brands earn attention and drive business growth, instead of simply paying to interrupt.

As part of the Delivery team and working in collaboration with our Strategy and Content teams, a Senior Client Partner provides strategic leadership across our client accounts and oversees the full delivery lifecycle. It’s a dynamic mix of business growth, advising, client servicing, content strategy, and operational discipline all in one.

You bring experience from global, top-tier creative, brand and/or digital agencies, and the confidence to work on highly consultative engagements; challenging long standing assumptions, defending recommendations, and delivering high-value client work for category-leading organizations.

You inspire teammates to raise the bar on every level, from strategic briefs and AI-assisted workflows to final execution, because you understand how customer expectations are evolving, how content drives business growth, and where the future is headed for B2B and B2C brands.

You are looking for the next big challenge, and like us, you have no small plans.

You will have the flexibility to work remotely during North American business hours, from our headquarters in Vancouver, or a hybrid of both. If these values resonate, we’d love to hear from you.

Quietly is an award-winning consultancy, harnessing business and creative acumen to drive real outcomes for brands looking to succeed. Our people are dedicated to proving the impact of content on business results through a commitment to service that delivers actionable, expert counsel and compelling, effective content.
